Tras verificar que la precitada petición no cumplió con la totalidad de los requisitos exigidos jurisprudencialmente para la procedencia excepcional de la aclaración de una providencia proferida por la Corte Constitucional, la Sala Plena procedió a RECHAZARLA.

De manera específica se estableció que incumplió los requisitos de legitimación, oportunidad y carga argumentativa.
